Definitely not. At Zuza, we believe in transparency. You pay a one-off fee of €49, - for your intake and profile structure, and then a fixed amount of €29 per 4 weeks. There are no unexpected match fees, we don't sell “credits” for messages, and no expensive upgrades are required to be seen. What you see is what you pay.
Yes, we are not holding you with strangulation contracts. After registration, your membership can be canceled monthly via your own account environment. You are not committed to anything.
Yes, absolutely! Have you found a really nice match and would you like to see if something beautiful blossoms out of it? Then you can easily pause your subscription. You will then temporarily pay nothing and your profile will immediately become invisible to others in our system. As soon as you're ready, or if you want to continue your search, you can activate it again at the touch of a button.
No. Do you have no time to date for a while, or did you find a nice partner through us (or somewhere else)? Then you can easily pause or cancel your membership. You will then no longer pay monthly costs.
The monthly membership only starts after your intake interview and your complimentary membership period, and when your profile has been fully developed and approved, and you start actively participating in our matching rounds. So you never pay twice.
Because the Dating Guide invests their time directly before, during and after the intake in preparing and writing your professional profile, we are unable to refund the one-off intake costs. However, the completed profile is entirely yours to keep.
You will immediately receive a confirmation and a link to schedule your video intake in the calendar of a Dating Guide, at a time that suits you. During this conversation of approximately 30 minutes, we will lay the foundation for your matchmaking together.
