Absolutely not. You pay a one-time fee of €49 for your intake and profile. After that, you pay €29 per 4 weeks for your subscription. No match fees, no credits for messages, no upgrades needed to be seen. What you see is what you pay.

Yes. We don't lock you in with long contracts. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time through your own account. No strings attached.

Yes, absolutely! Have you found a really nice match and would you like to see if something beautiful blossoms out of it? Then you can easily pause your subscription. You will then temporarily pay nothing and your profile will immediately become invisible to others in our system. As soon as you're ready, or if you want to continue your search, you can activate it again at the touch of a button.

No. If you need a break from dating, or you've found someone, you can simply pause or cancel your subscription. You won't be charged during that time.

Your subscription only starts after your intake conversation has taken place, your profile has been fully built, and you're actively part of our matching. Your free period counts in full. You never pay double.

The intake is not a casual introduction. Your Dating Guide invests hours in preparing and writing your personal profile. For that reason, the intake fee is non-refundable. The profile we create together is yours to keep and use wherever you like.

You'll receive a confirmation email with an invitation to add your photos and answer a few short questions. This gives your Dating Guide useful context before your conversation.

The footage of your video intake is never shared with other members. Through our secure systems, we only make a secure transcript (written out text) of the conversation. We use this purely internally to be able to write an authentic profile for you that really suits you.

To ensure the safety of our community, your true identity must be known and verified internally. We don't accept anonymous accounts. However, towards your matches, we only share your first name, age and city in the initial stages. You decide when to share more details, such as your last name or phone number, during or after a date.

No, never. Your data is yours. We only use your data for one purpose: finding the best partner for you. We don't sell profiles to third-party advertisers or share your information with third parties.

As soon as you decide to leave Zuza permanently and delete your account, we will erase your personal data from our active matching systems, in accordance with legal retention periods. You're not leaving us a “ghost profile” that's been roaming the internet for years.

We comply with the strictest European privacy legislation (AVG/GDPR). Your data is stored encrypted on highly secure, European servers. Even our own systems are set up in such a way that our employees only have access to the information that is strictly necessary for your mediation.

We have an absolute zero tolerance for transgressive behavior, as described in our Zuza Code. If you experience something unpleasant, you can report it directly and discreetly to your Dating Guide. In the event of a verified violation, we will immediately and permanently block the member concerned.
